With 20+ years building and scaling global channel ecosystems at companies including ConnectWise, Appian, Pegasystems, and OpenText, he brings deep experience across MSPs, MSSPs, GSIs, distributors, hyperscaler marketplaces, and technology alliances. A four‑time CRN Channel Chief, Os is known for driving partner‑led revenue growth and designing programs that scale internationally. He holds an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan‑Flagler Business School, a Master’s in Information Systems from UMBC, and also an alumni of Harvard Business School (GMP21).
